You will need to provide proof of your registrant information. A screenshot of your GoDaddy or other Registration will suffice. You may have to prove ownership of it to a third party such as a bank or other institution.

Certificate of Analysis (COA) / Lab Results

A Certificate of Analysis is a document issued by Quality Assurance that confirms that a regulated product meets its product specification. They commonly contain the actual results obtained from testing performed as part of quality control of an individual batch of a product.

Note: the bank requires a complete and current product list for all CBD and Non-CBD products being sold on your site. Please upload a COA for each CBD product you sell. The COA files must include the name of the product as it's listed on your website and in your product list.

Example: Product List shows “50Mg CBD Cream - Berry Scented”, the COA should be named “50Mg CBD Cream – Berry Scented COA”. If the product has changed or other ingredients have been added to make a cream or salve, as an example, we need the finalized product COA test. If your business is only re-package a product you purchase from a manufacturer, such as a tincture of pure CBD without any additives, the original COA will suffice but keep in mind that the file name should match the name of the product on your site and on the product list.
